Michael Matthews, b. 1954
Michael Matthews was born in 1954 in Calgary, Alberta and has lived most of his life in western parts of North America. He received his BFA from the University of Calgary and has taken part in several workshops in New York, Emma Lake, Banff School of Fine Arts and in Mexico.
Michael has also taken part in numerous exhibitions both in USA and Canada. His paintings can be found in the Canadian Embassies in Washington and Warsaw, and in several corporate collections.
