Schuyler Lake, 1946 –

Schuyler Lake was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1946. He studied art at Wayne State University and at the Minneapolis Museum School of Design.
Mr. Lake left the USA during the Vietnam War and moved to Montreal, Quebec, where he taught at the Montreal Museum School of Art.
Schuyler has lived, worked, and exhibited in Montreal; Vancouver; Los Angeles; Seattle; Lorient, Brittany; Zurich; Amsterdam; Pietrasanta, Italy; and Santa Fe, New Mexico. He now lives and works in Tecolotito, New Mexico.
