I remember fondly Mr. and Mrs. Dick Ferrier. I frequently visited their north Toronto home to take paintings out on consignment. I had great success selling Dick’s work as he had a distinctive style of landscape painting that was very popular.
Richard Ferrier’s large-scale paintings are impressive not only because of the vistas that take your eyes miles and miles into the landscape, but also because these vistas are created with meticulous detail. One can appreciate the time and care spent to create such masterpieces.
