I first met Holly many years ago at her Toronto studio. She was making her entrance into the Toronto art scene and I bought this piece from her at the time. Holly’s CV is now very impressive and she is working toward an exhibition this fall at The Mira Godard Gallery, one of Toronto’s most established galleries.
This painting reminded me of one of my mother’s vintage purses from the 1950’s.
