I first met Victor in 1982 at his studio in Toronto where he lived until 1986. The following year he moved to Barcelona where he still lives. I was impressed by the many abstract expressionist paintings that I saw in his studio and sold quite a few for him back then. I was particularly enthralled with this painting, which I purchased from him and have owned ever since. In spite of its size, 68” x 70”, I have found a place for it every time I have moved. I am now in a downsizing mode and have decided, sadly, that it is time to give it up.
